247.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

699 kcal Fat: 23.87g | Prot: 36.10g | Carb: 72.24g.   Breakfast: Smart Balance Buttery Burst Spray, Egg Beaters Southwestern Style Egg Whites, Thomas' Banana Bread English Muffin. Lunch: Mini Cannoli-- Today was my nieces communion. Sister had the wraps cut into think slices so everyting is a guess. sorry. Dinner: Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Roasted Vegetable Wheat Wrap, turkey wrap no cheese, Wegmans Tuna Sub, Wegman's Pear and Provolone Salad, Prosciutto, Vodka Penne with Chicken. Snacks/Other: I only had thin slice and took off icing you could see though cake slice Sheet Cake, Coffee, Dunkin' Donuts Extra Extra Coffee Creamer, Aquafina Water (16.9 oz), Polar Seltzer with Lime, Tap Water, Great Value Strawberry Watermelon Drink Enhancer. more...
