This is not an actual weigh-in, no scale was involved in the making of this number. 147 for 5 more weeks, yowsa! Trust Fall Challenge no scale version.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm intrigued -- so the challenge is to not weigh yourself?

Hey Ruhu, pretty much but here is the description from the challenge forum: Trust Fall Challenge - Forget the scale for six weeks. Focus on calorie and fitness goals, celebrate non scale victories and trust the process! It is an interesting test to put yourself through. I relied on the scale a little more than I acknowledged. 5 more weeks to go until a real weigh-in. The false weigh-in is to remove the nagging FS weigh in now notification.
