This will be day 3 of finding may way back to balanced eating, proper water intake and adding exercise. I can feel the difference and at 7am this morning the scale adjusted. I've got to get it done and keep moving forward. I'm off to drink some water and start my day. Best wishes everyone.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You are doing GREAT, CHICA!!! So glad you posted it. It really does make a difference, doesn't it? We all get embarrassed, but now you can actually see your progress from it, and others can too! :D You're doing GREAT!!! Look at that, down 3 lbs! Awesome, work!
