Well hallelujah! I actually got below 165lbs and during my worst time of the month as well!! Normally I am gaining like an SOB at this time. Maybe there is something to this diet change.

I did cheat a little yesterday with 5-10 chips (so hard when BF is munching out on a bag when I get home). Also had my usual beer & shots but managed to make it through lunch's soup without needing crackers and only ate a cup of soup at lunch (don't know why I felt I had to consume all in the 2cup mug on Monday).

We'll see what tomorrow brings. If the scale inches downward again I will be tres happy :)
164.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
