Monday weigh-in ... Comparing my efforts in January to those in February, it makes sense that my weight loss has slowed. Average carbs and calories are up and "cheats" the were catastrophic. So, in March, I'm returning to what works.
217.5 lb Lost so far: 67.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I like to look at those month comparisons as well to see what is changing. Hope your march is a good one.
