So I was done with the โ€œ 200 crunches a day for a week โ€œ challenge, it was harder than I expected but not impossible..
I saw good results, lost 8 cm ( 3.2 inch ) from my waist so I am really happy ๐Ÿ˜„
..
Also intermittent fasting is really helping me with losing weight
124.8 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What was it? Do you have to do them all at once - or just 200/day and any variety?

@Rock639 I basically just did 200 crunches everyday, but took few minutes in between as break, I was as well doing some light cardio and fasting.. but please check on YouTube the correct form for crunches because many people do them wrong so it would be waste of time
