Miraculum's Journal, 30 January 2019

A bit of movement in the scale, finally. Am I worried? Heck no! I've been following my eating plan to a "T" and I have faith!

I searched "Showmars' Greek salad with chicken" (that particular enree wasn't in the FS food inventory). I was surprised and relieved to see how much less the company's own Nutrition Facts were than in a posting on another diet site. I'm going by what the company says, because the diet-site post seemed way outtawack (thank goodness).

And no "cruisin' for carbs" while I was running errands today.

I tested out my "cycler" yesterday, and it tipped forward when I pedalled. My husband worked it out: My chair was too far from the pedals, because all I remember now is the position when I was recumbent cycling. I'm glad I now have a practical option for doing some aerobic exercise. So, tomorrow and Saturday will be my "aerobic exercise days" this week, and Friday and Sunday will be my "resistance training days."

Hope you've all have had a "great FatSecret Day" so far!
