Thank you! Never realized how gluten and sugar intolerant I was until I tried keto. Once the weight started falling off, I was hooked! If only I knew it sooner!

Toolman- it's a low carb, no refined sugar, healthy fat and whole food diet. Once the sugar is out of your body, you burn fat fat for energy. Low carb made me not feel hungry anymore. You can easily use it to gain weight- calories in over calories out, but you clearly know what works for you! Nikeit, thanks... getting there...
