167.4 this am? Ok I know I went over cals yesterday but a 1lb gain in 1 day - wth? I am going to chock it up to water retention due to the timing within my cycle & keep moving on...
166.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
