[Trumpet blare!]
While on vacation over the past 10 days, I managed to complete the reversal of my progress for May through July! What a relief! /sarc/

This morning, I finished off the last bits remaining of the half-pound bags of pecan pralines (halves, no pieces) and sponge candy that I brought home with me yesteday, thank the LORD!

The *really* good news is that my calves and feet still show signs of "pitting edema" -- fluid retention so severe that the indentations in my legs from the tops of my crew socks remain for some time after I take them off. (Poor diet and being unable to elevate my legs on several long car journeys -- a lethal combo.)

Intermittent fasting and lots of water-guzzling should result in a nice initial "weight loss." And, today, I begin PT today to improve my balance and general conditioning.

So, immensely grateful for a safe and enjoyable trip, the final journey to victory behind TODAY!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
