Congrats! I know you are pleased!! I am actually down a tiny bit - my scales said 183.8 this morning. Not much, but it went down instead of up!!!

Thanks, folks! @Tex -- My weight loss is picking up steam just in the past week, partly because it takes a while for the body to adapt to this WOE. Also, I expected that it'd be somewhat slower because I'm 64 years old and post-menopausal. (I have never swelled in my age, ever, but it's a fact of life!)

Auto*in*correct typed, "I have never swelled in my age..." OMG, that's hysterical! Fact is, I *have* "swelled" as I aged! I don't DWELL ON my age. I was too busy dwelling on my swelling!

Miraculum -- thanks for clarifying! I was mystified! lol My 76 yr. old body prefers to remain stationary, fat, and contented, but I am working on the first two. I like the contented part!! Will feel more contented if I can just mark off one more pound on Friday.
