I'm staying under my total calorie allotment for the day, which is an accomplishment, but I'm macro-outta-whack: low fat, low protein, high carb. Back on track tomorrow!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
