Swapping spinach for kale for a couple of days because the spinach at the store was yucky looking and I just can't even force myself to eat it if it has that funky smell to it. Will be a nice change anyways. Wish my little store would stock it, but such is life.

Craving a third cup of coffee this morning, I may just do it. Actually, maybe I'll make it an espresso w/no adders. I think I'm craving the energy boost.

Did a fast-paced walk last night up some big canyon inclines. Not so much on distance, but it was still fun and a nice change since the canyons by me are no longer an option due to scary people living in them.

Handed the big dog off to a lady running up and down the hills. He was not having it. Wouldn't leave me which is good to know.

Focusing on good eating this week. Have some making up to do from over the weekend.
