Hmm, up two days in a row, so we need to step back and refocus after a pretty lax weekend. I did manage to get out and walk last night even though I'd been feeling kinda gross and icky all day in a pre-sick kinda way. Headache today, but figure that's the weather, so we'll just power through.

Measuring stuff is so important. I've been making my own oatmeal, and I guess I've cheated a bit on the serving size, so this time I put it into a container and cut it into squares for reheating rather than eyeballing it in a mug. It's so good though. Cooked real cranberries into it, not the craisin things, so it's super tart, which I love.

Walking with friends tonight, so just need to keep up on the exercise. Worked a lot last week, including the weekend, so that was a challenge. Activity is my friend in so many, many ways. Keeps me sane and fit. Gotta focus on that.

Edit, going to be single this weekend, so plan is to break out the home gym stuff and make a workout area in my office. That way, when I am at work for extended hours, I can squeeze in some physical activity and maybe avoid the back and sciatic issues I experience from sitting too much during crazy work stuff.
