After our Valentine/President's Day weekend, I have to admit I didn't eat as well as I should have. Had heartburn 3x, really feel like I let myself down, but on the plus side-I ate less when I did have my cheat meals. I just overloaded on snacking on carbs :( Really going to try to get back down to 133 by the end of this or next week, just making progress feels harder than losing it. Anyway, here's to good vibes, loving yourself, & improvement. We got this guys!!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
