I know how important exercise is and I am missing too much. I have to accept the fact that if there is not another hour in the day I cannot feel guilty. Everywhere I look is overwhelming work. Last night I was so tired I could cry. We were going to go to dinner at 5:00 then, of course, we left the office at 7:15. Realized we had to run to Lowe's and pick up supplies for painter. Skipped going out, grabbed something at home, ran supplies to job sight, got home at 9:45 and went to bed. Just too tired to get on elliptical. I almost think the exercise means more to good health than the eating. At the VERY least they are hand in hand. I'll get there, with no excuses, no guilt and no whining...I will get there.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
