I knew this was coming 😭 because I was all over the place yesterday. Oh, and the cookies!!!
168.6 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thanks, it's much harder to lose weight when you get older. I gave up too many times in the past, but this time I'm going to stick around. No matter how long it'll take 😉

@april I just signed up the 3 day fast. Going to give it a try. Very frightful 😟 I'm doing 16/8 right now. Don't know what to expect.
