Went Chinese last night. Son and girlfriend stopped by and, luckily, they were hungry so we got to spend time with them. Enjoyed a dandy pina colada! I'm sure I paid the pound price but it was a fun time!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
