Yeah - another pound gone. I went through closet yesterday, in preperation for this week's trip. Pleased to say that there are a whole lot of clothes that don't fit any longer. It was a challenge to pack enough appropriate clothes - but such a fun challenge!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
