I am more dedicated than ever after meeting this morning with my Hot Chick 1 & 3 buddies. They keep me focused. I just really want to stay healthy and I know two things: Only I can do it by loving myself enough to make good, nutritious choices AND I really need the education regarding the good, nutritious choices part. The rest will come from there. Shopped for 1.5 hours, burn baby burn, and tonight going dancing (which always takes a certain amount of courage when I have these extra lbs dripping off me). I'm blessed to have both, courage and enthusiasm!
