1-1-10 Shopped all day yesterday at only a chicken salad at runza for lunch and small piece of beef tenderloin for dinner. Got up at 2 am from frozen roof cracking and at a scrambled egg.

1-2-10 Went to mass at 8:15. Made brkfast after mass of 2 scrambled eggs with LOTS of various veggies and a smattering of left over bratwurst sausage. Also drank about 8 oz of orange juice. Wanted Godiva and struggled to wait till later...a lot later.

Tea sweetened with Stevia.

Okay so this is my first day on the site. I just put in my Breakfast and learned that the two eggs that I at in my omelet had 10 times the fat and twice the protein than if I would have just had the egg whites. Next time it's the egg whites and maybe 4 of them to compensate for low protein. I gotta get the fat out of my viens!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
