Fat Secret is work. We know the drill! What the heck was I thinking? I am too old to let myself go. Gotta, Gotta, Gotta, get healthy for that Grandbaby that's coming!
156.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
