Darn it. I have gained almost all of my weight back. But today is the first day of getting serious, and losing it all again.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I sense a bit of defeat. You are the strongest person in so very many lives. Kick butt, baby because you are on my pedestal and I just plain won't have you falling off!!
