Hi!!! Trying to start all my routines again! This weight was from friday 😁
176.1 lb Lost so far: 33.3 lb.    Still to go: 43.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1341 kcal Fat: 95.19g | Prot: 91.52g | Carb: 33.88g.   Breakfast: Queso de Cabra, Leche Entera, Aceite de Coco, Café, Huevo Frito. Lunch: Chuleta de Cerdo Frita, Berenjena, Crema de Berenjena Ahumada. Dinner: Piernas de Pollo Fritas (Comiendo la Piel), Alitas de Pollo con la Piel(a la Parrilla, Freídas o Cocidas), Lechuga, Pepino (Pelado), Tomates. Snacks/Other: Mantequilla de Maní. more...

Thank you dear friends, I was scared after being almost two months since the last time I weighed myself, I can not complain, I ate a little of everything at that time but I always came back to do keto whenever I could 😀
