Bluecoaster's Journal, 27 September 2017

early am: 55 minutes of doing cardio to blasting techno music in my living room & doing side squats up & down the hallway. Words cannot describe how it feels to do this on ❤️Keto❤️. I was in peak & cardio zones and I think I could have done another hour but it was time to shower and get to an appointment. Just, wow. Purple face achieved. 😈 Endorphins are flowin' 😊

wow! How long have you been on this Ketogenic diet? Are you getting ketones the traditional way, through meals, or are you drinking them?

Yudelky- I will be one year on a ketogenic diet as of 10/8/17. I did NOT feel this way in the beginning. I tried lifting weights a couple of months into Keto and I struggled. I switched to walking until I felt better. However, now I am extremely adapted and I never, ever cheat or carb-up. (There is no desire) I get the ketones strictly from fat stores. I have some Mct but only use it once in a while and don't notice any real difference if I use it or not. I naturally fell into an intermittent fasting routine with about an 8 hour eating window and these workouts are in a fasted state drawing ALL energy from fat stores.
