Thanks guys. I was really impressed with how I felt lifting weights now that I am super adapted (8 months) on Keto. I tried once a few weeks into Keto and it was not good! I'm glad I worked up to it with lots of walking first. My body had plenty of practice this time using ketones for fuel before attempting all those squats, lunges etc. 😊 Judyrose1997: I wear comfortable walking shoes all day. I try to hit 4500 by around 2pm or so then I walk out the front door several times in the evening making quick loops. Once before I cook dinner, once right after again after my coffee. And one late walk. Getting 2000 steps happens very quickly so it's just a matter of pausing activities to step outside and walk a loop around the neighborhood. Its too hot right now to go until evening. But I get 3 day long migraines and those days might be 1200 steps total! So I have to compensate when I'm pain free. 😊
