Greetings Best Buddies!

Yes, I survived Day One of HELL WEEK...we did a total of 10 minutes of planks throughout the workout with the longest lasting 3 minutes! I could not do it unless I switched over to mountain climbers or plank jacks. I just had to keep my legs moving to stay up!

Monday is called "Death Row" (distance rowing at speed) and Tuesday is called "The Hills are Red" - which likely is a reference to getting into the high red heart rate zone while doing treadmill or elliptical at high resistance levels! Woo Hoo!

I can hardly wait...not!

Lol, there is a lady at work, her husband has been training her and she has lost 20 pounds!-he is like a drill sergeant!!-everyone laughs when they see him come in the gym!!

You sound like me stressing over the workouts this week. Not much time and a hellish week as well, expecting another this week. Work does that sometimes.

LOL - wholefoodnut, yes, they use TRX at my gym, too. They sometimes have us put our feet in the handles and do push ups...and side planks. I usually cannot do all the reps but I can do a few...
