Happy Weekend Buddies:
I have done well this past week keeping the carbs down and getting four workouts in at Orange Theory Fitness.
I also have finished 60 days of the 90 day challenge at the gym and hope to see my bodyfat drop a little more by the end of the challenge! I have lost 8.6 pounds since the start and hope to drop a little more weight, too.
Words of the Week: "You have a choice. You can throw in the towel, or you can use it to wipe the sweat off of your face."
I am dedicated, determined and diligent.
