Finally dipped down to 140.4!!! I know I'm doing it slowly, but I'm happy with that.

Since last month (9/23) I've gone from a 28in relaxed waist to a 26 1/2 inch relaxed waist and from a 27 inch flexed waist to a 26 inch flexed.

My hips and bust have stayed relatively the same, but I'm happy to lose some of that visceral excess fat in my tummy region.

I know it's not really possible to spot reduce, but I'm happy to shed some weight while maintaining my muscle mass. 😊
140.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would have 1/2 the 1/2 then do 40 clap pushups and chin ups to failure but that's just me hahaha.
