zosaphinazero4's Journal, 25 April 2018

Tonight is a hard day... Wednesdays I am by my self and get really bored while the boys go to game night... I feel the need to make a game plan so I don't reach for the popcorn or Tortilla chips while no one is looking.

Fortunately, I have to go shopping for a shirt (cuz I didn't find one yesterday.) so that'll remind me how much I need to stick to the plan...

I'm working 930-6 and hubby is 2p-11p. I found that being home alone every night I was binging a lot so I joined Planet Fitness and go after work. That way I'm home and showered around 830 and go to bed by 1030. Eating isn't even a thought after that 😉 Whatever works, right!

there is nothing better than some "you time" when I have time like that ill take a nice power walk, listen to music nd pass by restaurants just to practice "my eats" u have a membership , sign up for one of the dance or zumba, its fun, releases the cortisol in the brain, any stress reliever will be of great benefit. have fun nd enjoy..

Well I just started walking on the boot two weeks ago. Started physical therapy last week. We're hoping to be out of the boot 100% in three to four weeks. We are also including aquatic therapy, so swimming will soon be an option!! thanks for asking! :)
