One goal this week: Get back to the gym and move weight.

There is still some twinge, or something, in my back, but I think I'm gonna have to just work it out. I did physical activity this past week, and the muscles complained but they also recovered. And this morning, also, some house-cleaning. For example, I'm able to run up the stairs with the vacuum , crawl under beds, etc.

I'll get back to the chiropractor ASAP, but I suspect that's gonna take a couple of weeks due to circumstances.

This has slowed me down, but I can get back to my former practice very soon, and I will be stronger and wiser. When trying to accomplish any goal of significance, at some point mental toughness (whether in the form of patience, tenacity, wisdom, or what have you) is required. We may look at others and think how easy it is for them to accomplish their goals, they just seem to fly through with ease. But it's not true. The work that people do, and the sacrifices that they make, are hidden. We only see the fruit of the hard work.

I'm reminding myself to keep at that hidden work, both mentally and physically. Don't give up. I want to stay focused on my goals, and work daily to achieve them. It's on me, nobody else.
