Ugh; I don’t get it!!!! I’m working out a lot and eating loads of protein!!! I can’t get back down 🤬
163.8 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Could be muscle??

maybe it is muscle, have you checked measurements. maybe your cycle has ya retaining water. just stay focused. I was at a Plateau lost my focus now trying to get back on track
