I've been doing this for about a week. I haven't felt better, more energy during the day, don't need my 10:15 snack and not much wanted for lunch. I do the ghee. It's working for me :) KETO ON!

I love coffee. Can’t go a Day without it. I don’t know about putting butter in it. How much butter do you put in your coffee? And your talking real butter right?
