I can’t believe I just ate two big tablespoons of almond butter, and two pats of regular butter just to up my fat percentage for the day. This diet is so crazy weird, but it works so well that I shouldn’t complain.

I feel you on this one. I just came home from the store, went out just to replace my Santa Cruz organic natural peanut butter & grabbed 2sticks of Finlandia butter. Cheers!
