On 1 week vacation to San Francisco last week visiting family & friends. Always eating out. No exercise for a week. I have to start again.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I had a back procedure on Tuesday do I had to fast. So yesterday I was recuperating and why do I think I can eat everything that’s bad for me when I don’t feel good? Back on the diet today and will weigh in tomorrow to see the damage. I was doing so good, yuk.

Thanks for all the support. I am back on track again. Weather is improving, snow melting so I started walking to work.
