Yes Cindy I'm on keto and I love it I eat generally some form of egg for breakfast with cheese And bacon. I have an avocado a day generally (half for breakfast and half in dinner or lunch) I sneak in some sort of salad (warch put for vinegrettes they are often high in sugars) and eat lots of red meat, beef and turkey jerkys, cheese and fish (especially smoked salmon!) I would reccomend googling keto healthy foods for starters and tracking everything you eat here to help you learn and be aware of different foods individual nutrition. I was surprised to learn how high in carbs fruit and many vegetables are. They're not bad for you, but they are a no no on a strict keto diet. The plus side is, when you reach your goals those are foods you can work back into your diet once you hit a maintain bed loss goal
