Keto 2nd meal. Dinner
Luigettas Italian salad with their famous dressing. A mixture of olive oil, beef base, apple cider vinegar and Italian seasonings. Sooo good.

@cherik it really was! @kattay, yeah, it doesn’t sound good, but mixed with their spices, oil & vinegar it almost tastes like a balsamic type dressing. This little local shop is pretty famous for it lol. I even found “copy” type recipes for their’s a big secret evidently

Actually, it sounds awesome! And looks amazing! Never meant it to sound otherwise. I am not a fan of bologna and never heard of beef base. That is why a questioned beef base. What does it add to your dish? Does that make the "balsamic dressing taste? Love looking at your dishes. Totally drool worthy!
