It can be a great choice for KETO or low carb eating plans so long as you accommodate the calories, fat, etc in your daily totals. A very satisfying meal that will keep you satiated for hours and hours. Definitely something I would look forward to as a treat.

Definitely, the LowCarb diet is a great option for me.I've never been able to make a good diet and lose weight, I was always hungry.This meal has many calories but only 1.7 NetCarb, so I'm just happy with this diet. If you need to reduce the calories you can take out the meat and you'll feel full anyway. My daily calories for this day was only 900 and 5 NetCarb.
