Today's weight - 254lbs. I've lost 7lbs since last Monday. Still working on keeping the carbs below 20g per day. I have to lower the protein a bit too. I did some sporadic calisthenics last week. I've really got to get moving with more exercise this week.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Ordinary Hippie! I went overboard. I got really hungry late that night and had the nuts and the cheesecake. I shoveled snow in the afternoon and I think that may have had something to do with the sudden hunger. But thanks again for the support and encouragement!
