I haven’t been drinking enough water. Need to work on that.
356.2 lb Lost so far: 73.8 lb.    Still to go: 82.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I keep saying I need to drink more water. I drink way too much diet soda, but it keeps me from eating other bad things. So yesterday I did better with the water, I know it really helps. Great loss!

I am a diet coke addict, I love the stuff, but I have been pretty successful in getting away from it by using flavored stevia drops at the recommendation of my dentist. I do have to buy them online. I started with the variety pack and have a couple of favorites now. I only have soda when I am out at a restaurant. It helps me get my water in.

I had a hard time drinking water, but I fill up a 16oz tumbler before bed every night and when I wake up I drink it all. I also only drink water at the gym and mix my protein drinks/shakes with water. Throughout the day I'll drink diet soda's, but feel ok with my water consumption. I urinate so much that I at one time I thought I had a bladder problem hahaha. Nope it's just from drinking so much all day lol

Don't stress your kidneys! You need water only when you're thirsty. ;)

I only drink water and on occasion and unsweetened herbal tea. The past few days I’ve barely drank 24oz.....all day!! When I don’t have feel the need to even pee but once a day..I KNOW I need to push at least a little more water lol.
