I'm using a body scan at my local Complete Nutrition for a more accurate weight diary weekly but I took measurements today!
Neck: 13"
Shoulder: 17"
Chest: 37"
Waist: 31"
Stomach: 37"
Bicep: 11.5"
Hips/Butt: 38.75"
Thigh: 23"
Calf: 14.25"
144.3 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
