That is really 30.4 pounds lost from when I started. This makes me happy.
I hope that my airplane flight in a couple days is more comfortable as a result.
I would like to be down to under 240 by the end of the year. This is a multi-year project and I'm trying to just take it in chunks. Having a free day once a week does help.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Love seeing that trend line from your last three months - may it continue, faithfully, downward!

I loved it last month when I got on a plane and the tray table didn't rest on my belly!

You can absolutely make 40 off by 12-31. A 1000/cal/day should work. What is your plan?

Great job!!! I too am just taking this chunks at a time. I use to be either black or white, I was on a diet or I was off. If I messed up, threw my hands in the air and would say forget it. This time I am trying to live in a gray area, it's ok to indulge once in awhile, share dessert with hubby, have a hamburger. I think that has kind of freed me up telling myself it's ok. I find myself making wiser choices even when I don't have to. Best of luck to you!!

Super! I like the idea of a day off, I might give that a try. I seem to go really well for awhile then just go OFF like crazy. Then it is difficult to get back into it :-)

Congrats on the 30.4 loss! Your start is where I was too. Are you doing low carb / high fat & intermittent fasting? Fat burns stubborn fat! KETO is the only "diet" that looks like it's something I can do for the rest of my life (that's like 20-30 more years LOL)

For those asking about my plan - my target is about 6 protein-focused bars of 200-240 calories a day plus all the veggies I want and up to 1/2 cup of whole milk for my coffee :-) and then one free day a week where I can eat whatever I want. I have been diverging from just bars more recently because I am just not having much appetite. Then, I'm working on keeping the food to around 250 & ending up with 5 bar equivalents instead of 6 - and sometimes even just 3 or 4 times eating.
