I've been having little appetite and being a bit careless about what I ate because I'd only had a couple bars for breakfast and lunch. Part of this weight gain might be bulk or just eating too much :-(

Today, I'll focus on eating just bars and see how it goes. I've made good progress, but I really want to get to 30 pounds lost.
257.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 122.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
