I stepped up my jogging/walking game last week, so I was hungrier than normal and I retained water for muscle repair... at least, that's what I'm going with for now :-)
198.0 lb Lost so far: 99.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
