Still sitting here at the same.
Saw my doctor yesterday happy with my weight loss.
His originally weight goal for me was 150 the other doctor 155
yesterday he even thought 165 would still be healthy for me.
Depending on clothes I wear most yoga pants still are XXL not tossing
out yet since they still fit. My thighs need work.
Can fit in XL and even and XL t-shirt compared to XXL or XXXL men.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
