Just completed my first ever outdoor run. We went to the local park which is exactly one mile in distance if you run the edge of the park. I managed a whole lap without stopping at all and even managed to do it in a quicker time than ever before. I now have a new record for my mile - 11m22s with an average speed of 5.3mph.

Very happy, didn't think I'd be able to do a whole lap. Plus not only did I manage a whole lap non stop, I managed to run for part of 2 more laps. In total I did 4 laps (last one completely walking as a cool down).

Total time was just under 1 hour.
