Not surprised that I'm going in the wrong direction! Picked the wrong day to start a challenge (thanks Airplane the Movie 😉) It's a weird time of the year for me, diet may not be my primary concern for a couple of weeks. I will succeed in the next challenge!!
216.2 lb Lost so far: 66.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
