Stayed the same this week. Exercised 4 days last week. Leaving for medical mission this week to go to Asia. Will be working all day x 1 week. We'll see what happens, hard to control eating with all different varieties to choose from but will try. Will do a lot of walking.

Sun- my Apple watch died, no recordings. :(
130.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
