Started the Xyngular weight loss program today. I won't be counting calories but counting protein & amount of vegetables per meal. Hopefully I don't end up gaining. Hate the idea of not counting calories. We'll see....
178.6 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Calorie Count   losing 0.4 lb a week
