Ouch, Way over on points and calories. celebrated Mom's 75th and was hoping I'd be strong enough to skip dessert and breads.But i failed. Well, I'm going to try and not get so upset that it makes me give up. I'm making healthier choices and keeping up with my exercise and this is a big positive step in the right direction.
Tomorrow is a going to be a GREAT day!
